Cancellation and Refund Policy:

​Cancellation Policy:

1. All bundles and individually purchased sessions must be paid for prior to booking appointments.

2. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the start of a session to avoid a $15 cancellation fee.

3. No-shows will incur a $20 fee.

4. Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid prior to the booking of appointments.

Refund Policy:

1. Full refunds for individually purchased sessions are available 24 hours prior to the start time of a scheduled session.

2. Bundle purchases are offered at a discounted rate for a set number of sessions.

3. If you cancel your bundle after attending any sessions, the used sessions will be charged at the standard rate of $60.

4. Bundle refunds will be calculated by first deducting the cost of attended sessions at the standard rate of $60. The remaining balance will then be 50% of the value of the unused sessions.
